If you would like to have your prescriptions sent to Medicare Pharmacy, your pharmacist or doctor can call us at (604) 278-7133. If you would like your prescription to be sent directly to us to be filled, your doctor can fax it to us at (604) 278-7135. If you have an online account, you can also initiate a transfer easily yourself!
Creating an online account is easy! Need your basic information (contact info, name, birthday, etc.) and you're set!
Setting up an online account allows you to manage your prescriptions, schedule online doctor's consultations for prescription renewal, manage your family's prescriptions, and more!

Yes, we offer prescription refill reminder calls. If you're signed up for our online services, we'll also send you an alert when you're close to your refill date.
Payment & Insurance
All you pay are your co-pays and delivery fees, we do the rest for free.
Yes, we direct bill all insurances and provincial plans like Pharmacare, OHIP+ and ODB. IF you order online, we can save your insurance information for maximum convenience.
We accept all major credit cards for online payment. If you're signed up for our online services we can securely save your payment methods so you don't need to enter it every time.
